Congrats Book Bogglers!
Congratulations to our pup Piccolo, and our rat heroes Archer & Fletch for winning awards in 2 competitions–the NY Book Festival & the Animals, Animals, Animals contest in Chicago in the urban category — and to my co-author Cynthia Stewart as we celebrate a year of publication of our story MY IMPROBABLE MISCHIEF in It’s a Rat’s World Magazine. Special thanks to editor Brandi Saxton for her crafty mag devoted to rats and the folks who love them. Even if you’re not a rat aficionado, it’s worth a look! http://www.itsaratsworld.com/
And to Book Boggler E. Merwin for winning a place in the 2016 Writers Digest Competition for her article published in Arteidolia.

Hi Professor Ressler, it’s Jemal , and I will try my best to come to this event and I might will bring my friend.
Hi Jemal,
That would be great. I look forward to hearing you read the story you told me about.
As always I appreciate your enthusiasm for life!
Thank you very much !
Major kudos to my friend and writing colleague E. Merwin for the extraordinary achievements of placing in the NY Book Festival AND the Writer’s Digest competitions!!! What a double header! I also second her comments about our MY IMPROBABLE MISCHIEF tale appearing in the fantastic “It’s a Rat’s World” magazine over the past year. It was wonderful to share our tale with an audience that could relate to one rat mom’s love for her personality-plus fur babies. I greatly look forward to more literary fun to come!
Thanks, Cynthia as always for your creative talent– will you be joining us on 9/8 to read a passage from MIM? Hope so!
A big congrats to E Merwin for the 9th place win! I think it’s extremely impressive to get that placement out of 10,000 entries.
I’m also so thankful to both, E Merwin and Cynthia Stuart, for allowing me to publish their story, My Improbable Mischief in my magazine. Their characters and tale were a delight and I think my readers truly enjoyed tuning in each month to read another chapter of the ongoing saga. I’m sad that the story has come to an end, but I look forward to reading their sequel when it’s finished.
Mega big thanks to you, Brandi, for making room for us! I’m sure Cindy will continue to contribute, and yes, the sequel!
